Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment: 

Galore ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 3–6 business days. During high-volume periods (such as sales), processing times may be slightly delayed. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 8–15 days, depending on your location. Wholesale orders may be shipped by sea or via the most cost-effective method, which can result in longer overall transit times than standard orders.

Shipping Carriers & Rates: 

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery method for each order. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination country. 

Shipping Address Modifications: 

You have 12 hours after placing your order to request changes to your shipping address. After this window, the order will be processed and changes will no longer be possible. To request a change, please email us at support@galoreyyz.com.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by their country’s customs authorities. Galore is not responsible for these charges. The value of your goods will be declared on the package for tax purposes in compliance with customs regulations.

Returns, Refunds & Lost Packages: 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Galore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. In the event a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
