Galore is a Toronto-based clothing brand built on one principle: elevated essentials with no compromise on quality. We design premium blanks for those who care about detail — the weight of a hoodie, the structure of sweatpants, and the feel of a tee. From 200 GSM to 1000 GSM fabrics, every garment is intentionally crafted to balance everyday wearability with luxury-grade construction. These are foundations, not trends, built to last in quality, fit, and form.Inspired by the contrast of Toronto — refined luxury meeting raw city energy — Galore exists to redefine what modern essentials should feel like for creatives, brand owners, and individuals who expect more from their basics.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Galore ships worldwide. All orders are processed within three to seven business days. During high-volume periods such as sales, restocks, or promotional releases, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is eight to fifteen days depending on destination and carrier performance. Wholesale orders may be shipped by sea freight or via the most cost-effective shipping method available, which can result in longer overall transit times compared to standard consumer orders. Shipping carriers are selected based on efficiency and destination. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Shipping Address Modifications
Customers have a twelve-hour window after placing an order to request changes to their shipping address. After this window, the order enters processing and address changes are no longer possible. Requests must be submitted to: support@galoreyyz.com within this timeframe. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be modified under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For customs compliance, the declared value of goods will be accurately listed on all shipment documentation. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in the checkout total and are outside of Galore’s control. Galore is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, international clearance procedures, or regulatory processing in the destination country.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Galore, we are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order. Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be requested within fourteen days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must email support@galoreyyz.com with their order number and reason for return within this fourteen-day window. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including plastic wrap, with all original hang tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Returns sent without prior authorization or attempted after fourteen days from delivery will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Galore is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Once a return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the returned item(s), including applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact support@galoreyyz.com within fourteen days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide further instructions to determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
While every precaution is taken to ensure safe delivery, Galore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once an order has been dispatched from our facility. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, customers are required to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a formal investigation using the tracking information provided. Although Galore cannot replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered, customers may contact support@galoreyyz.com for guidance or assistance where possible. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
