Return and Refund Policy
At Galore, we are committed to a high-quality shopping experience. Orders may be cancelled for store credit or modified (size, color, or address) within 12 hours of purchase, prior to shipment. Once delivered, returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with our return policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, Galore is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been dispatched from our facility. If your order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend the following:
Contact the Carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS): Initiate a formal investigation using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.
Notify Us: Although we cannot replace or refund such orders, please contact us at support@galoreyyz.com so we can offer guidance or assistance where possible.
14-Day Return Policy:
You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing support@galoreyyz.com with your order number and reason for return. We accept returns for store credit under the following conditions. Items must be: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. In original packaging, including plastic wrap. With all hang tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted. Returns may be subject to handling fees. Returns attempted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. All wholesale orders are final sale.
Return Shipping & Processing:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Once the return is received and approved, store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item(s), including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@galoreyyz.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide further instructions and assess the situation to determine an appropriate solution.
