Galore ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 3-7 working days. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Galore will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Galore. Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package's insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.
Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
Galore is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package to open an investigation. Galore will not replace any packages. All sales are final.
